• Front Buildings: change of use from language school to office use (gross floor area 1,123 sq.m.)
• Demolition of existing 2-storey over basement mews building to rear of No. 29.
• Construction of a 3-storey over basement 4-bed mews house of 225 sq.m. / 2,421 sq.ft. (rear of No. 29)
• Construction of a 3-storey, 4-bed mews house of 200 sq.m. / 2,153 sq.ft
• Both mews houses will have terraces on first floor level and front and rear gardens.
• Both are accessed from Fitzwilliam Court with shared vehicular access through an arch under the mews house to rear of No. 30. Parking to the rear and vehicular access retained for the front office buildings.

Subsequent Planning Permission (Ref No.’s 4077/16 and 4078/16) allows for completion of the above-described development as two separate schemes (No. 29 and No. 30). Revised specifications:
